A2 is air-hardening medium-chromium steel with high toughness & hardness. Produced via EAF+LF+VD or EAF+LF+VD+ESR metallurgy, it suits hardware stamping dies and high-strength precision injection molds. Its toughness and chipping resistance are double that of SKD11. It has good wear resistance and superior machinability, with stable dimension and low heat-treatment deformation.

S7 is impact-resistant tool steel with excellent toughness & high strength, produced by EAF+LF+VD+ESR metallurgy. Widely used for punches to bear heavy impact; its use in small plastic molds keeps growing. It can be hardened, air-quenched in most cases with low deformation. Hardness up to HRC58-60, offering high compressive strength (anti-deformation) and great toughness. Suitable for impact-resistant hot-work and cold-work tools.
Standard pre-hardened plastic mold steel, low cost, easy machining and easy polishing; suitable for plastic molds with thickness up to 300.
TGH11 (2343ESR) is high-toughness hot work tool steel developed by Tiangong International, ideal for large complex deep-cavity molds.Produced by EAF+LF+VD+ESR, with 3-upset & 3-draw isotropic forging for outstanding impact toughness and thermal shock resistance.After high-temp grain refining, annealed structure at 500× meets NADCA 207#2003 premium steel standard for die casting molds.Non-metallic inclusions tested per latest ASTM E45: Type A sulfide ≤0.5; Type B oxide, Type C silicate, Type D globular oxide each ≤1.0, enabling high polishing over 12000#.
